Charlotte Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager and Human Resources professional. The successful candidate should be skilled in aspects of Human Resources, business operations, organizational structuring, team leadership, and finance. This is a permanent part-time hourly position reporting directly to the Board of Directors (expected 20 hours per week). The work schedule is flexible with hybrid potential after a probationary period. Starting compensation will be based upon experience and qualifications. The successful applicant must complete and pass a background check.
