Director of Court Diversion and Pretrial Services
Lamoille Restorative Center (LRC) is seeking a Director of Court Diversion and Pretrial Services to support and oversee the overall operation of these programs: Adult and Juvenile Diversion, Tamarack, Pretrial Services, Youth Substance Awareness Safety Program (YSASP), Civil DLS, Pre-Charge and Victim Services. The Director supervises the restorative programs team providing effective and efficient delivery of participant services. Restorative practices are applied to empower collective community care by addressing the needs of the person harmed, the community, and the person who caused harm.
This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. The person should understand trauma-informed and victim-centered practices in Vermont’s legal and human service systems.

Compensation & Benefits
- 40 hours per week with an hourly wage: $30.00–$31.33
- $13,113 annually to allocate toward medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, or retirement
