What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Guide Customers – Create an enjoyable buying experience with great energy and enthusiasm.
• Sell with Confidence – Help customers find the perfect ride, present pricing, and close deals.
• Become Product Savy – Learn about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more(don’t worry—we’ll train you!).
• Utilize CRM & Follow-Up – Keep customer records up to date and build long-term relationships.
• Support Dealership Operations – Help maintain a welcoming showroom and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Get Social! – Contribute to dealership social media, events, and promotions.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous sales experience in powersports, automotive, or retail is a plus
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn & grow in a sales career
• Valid driver’s license required (Motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain)
